Express Lane Now Open!

We're excited to offer an Express Lane at Richmond Toyota. We have a dedicated service lane for oil changes and brake checks so we can get you in and out of our store without a long wait! No need to make an appointment, just stop by and we'll take care of all of your needs.

Early Bird and After Hours Drop Off

For your convenience Checkered Flag offers Early-Bird and After-Hours drop off. Simply grab an envelope at our drop-off center, fill out the provided form on the envelope and drop your keys in - then stick the envelope in our drop-off center box.

We even have cashiers on duty late, so you have extra time to pick up your vehicle (with completed service work) even after our Service Department is closed! Please check with your Service Advisor in advance when you wish to pick your car up late.

You can now save time by e-mailing your request directly to our Service Department. Go to the Schedule Service menu item, fill out the form and we will call you back to confirm your appointment date and time!
